Holi è un'azienda europea con sede in Polonia che sta entrando nel mercato italiano. Il team lavora in inglese e tutto il coordinamento interno — brief, revisioni, report, riunioni — avviene in inglese. ABOUT HOLI

Holi is Poland's first online obesity clinic. Since 2023 we have treated obesity as the chronic disease it is for more than 4000 patients - a prescribing obesitologist, a psychodietitian matched to the patient's behavioural profile, a full metabolic blood panel before the first consultation, and an app that carries the programme between visits. Fully remote, paid out of pocket by patients and, since 2026, by employers.

Italy is our second market and we are starting from zero: no audience, no creator roster, no content.

THE ROLE

We are looking for one person, based in Italy, to build the creator side of that launch. You are a manager, not a creator, we are not asking you to appear on camera. You find the right Italian creators, you get them on board, you brief them well, and you make sure what comes back is usable.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build and maintain a vetted pipeline of Italian creators in weight loss, health, fitness, food and lifestyle
• Reach out, negotiate and close collaborations. You will manage a creator budget; the figure is disclosed at offer stage.
• Write the briefs. Manage delivery, revisions and deadlines.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• You live in Italy and Italian is your first language.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• You have personally placed creators for a brand in Italy and can show the work.
• You are comfortable being the only person on this, reporting into a european team that works in English.

TERMS

Ongoing part-time work, roughly 10 hours a week, fully remote, with hours you arrange yourself. This is a freelance engagement invoiced with P.IVA — a contractor role, not employment. The contracting party is Holi Health sp. z o.o., Warsaw.
