Graphic & Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive professional with solid experience in digital marketing and communications to support the Marketing & Communications Manager.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of the company's communication strategy, manage relationships with the Italian and international press, and create both online and offline communication materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing & Communications Manager in both operational and strategic activities.
• Manage relationships with Italian and international journalists and media outlets.
• Write press releases, invitations, newsletters, and editorial content in both Italian and English.
• Design and produce communication materials, including:
  • Brochures;
  • Line sheets;
  • Invitations;
  • Print advertisements;
  • Corporate presentations;
  • Graphic and video content.
• Develop and strengthen the brand's digital presence by planning, managing, and implementing online communication strategies.
• Manage the company's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital platforms), creating content aligned with the brand identity and monitoring performance.
• Collaborate in the management and ongoing update of the company website and other digital communication tools.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both Italian and English.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
• High level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage priorities, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

What We Offer

• Permanent employment contract.
• Gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from approximately €33,000 to €35,000, paid over 13 monthly salaries, with the possibility of a performance-based bonus scheme and corporate welfare benefits, depending on the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.

Due to organizational and operational requirements, only candidates residing near the company's headquarters or within a maximum radius of 25 km will be considered. Applications from candidates living farther away will not be taken into consideration.
