We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can make a difference and adapt to change in a flexible and practical way.

As Kromlin’s Social Media Manager

You will design marketing campaigns and work with a multi-disciplinary team, in close contact with developers, strategists, project managers and designers.

You will be responsible for the research, development and communication of the company’s strategic marketing plans. You will run and optimize both corporate and client marketing campaigns, collaborate with multifunctional teams and have all the best tools in the industry at your fingertips.

Hard skills

At least 2 years experience in managing social pages and social media;
Knowledge of the technical and operational aspects of Digital Communication;
Experience in the professional use of the main Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Whatsapp Business);
Excellent knowledge of the Facebook Business Manager;
Proven expertise in advertising campaign management;
Excellent knowledge of social platform analysis tools (insights analysis and reporting);
Hard copywriting skills (Website and Social Media);
Ability to present projects and storytelling of an idea;
Ability to perform market analysis useful to propose results-oriented ideas and projects;
Mastery of the Google Suite or Microsoft Office;
Ability to work in Team Building;
Excellent time management skills.

Nice to have

Knowledge of SEO/SEM, keyword research and Google Analytics;
Familiarity with web design (Adobe Suit, Figma, Sketch);
Degree in Marketing, Communication or similar;
Excellent knowledge of English, both speaking and writing.
