M&C Saatchi opened its first Italian office in Milan in June 2010 in partnership with five prominent players in the Italian market: Luca Scotto di Carlo, Vincenzo Gasbarro, Carlo Noseda, Silvio Meazza and Jonathan Grundy.

Although the office only opened just over four years ago, they have already built up a strong list of clients, including Sky, BMW Group, Piaggio, Leroy Merlin, Genertel, Fastweb, Pirelli, Autogrill.
