SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY COMMUNICATION MANAGER

Job Club is the first social network of job hunting self-help groups in Italy, based on the experience and methodology of job clubs around the world since 1970. The purpose of a Job Club is to learn new advanced job-hunting skills to survive in the new job-market. The Job Club provide the opportunity of learning and practicing those skills.
We are enhancing and disseminating the Job Club and its web site through an EU Project and other actions involving private companies, social enterprises and public institutions.
We are looking for a brilliant and passionate person who will be in charge of communication and back office management.
As the successful candidate, you’ll have direct hand-on experience with management and traditional communication in Social Responsibility Projects. A study or professional knowledge concerning job market, unemployment and career change is highly evaluated. Partnering with stakeholders and Job Clubbers the key areas of your remit will be back office, informational research and communication with the Job Club Groups.
The tasks are:
45% back office and communication via website with Job Club participants: you’ll be the lynchpin that holds the Job Clubs together
30% informational research about labour market sociology, work psychology and job hunting to improve and update the offer of data and consistent news to Job Club participants
10% communication of most significant data to participants
10% design of the European web site user experience based on the feedback of participants (you don’t need to know how to build website, it’s another person’s task)
5% editing of the e-book Job Club Manual
The person will be a key member of the Senior Management Team and will report to the CEO and to the Communication Manager
Salary: 1.200-1.400 euros/month (depending on experience), contratto a tempo determinato per 24 mesi
Location: teleworking + 1 monthly meeting in Vicenza (Italy)
