Web marketing / SEO specialist

We are a full-service digital agency, devoted to strategy, design and development for web, mobile and social media channels.
We are based in Milano, Firenze and London, and we are currently looking for a freelance Web Marketing Specialist in our Milan office, to collaborate with us on a number of different projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive organic search engine optimization recommendations
• Reviewing and analyzing our web sites to identify areas for improvement and changes relative to SEO
• Conduct keyword analysis/research and develop quality keyword portfolio utilizing SEO tools and resources
• Stay abreast of latest trends in the industry with constant research in the SEO community;
• Recommend optimization for various site components including copy, page title/descriptions, site architecture, filenames, etc.
• Analyze latest algorithm changes and continually modify recommendations and best practices with regards to content, links etc.
• Navigate a variety of search analytics tools to mine the appropriate performance data and report on that data (experience with analytics programs an asset)
• Creation and assistance with the PPC campaign Management.
• Write engaging and SEO friendly content for the company websites.
• Implement a Social media Campaign.

Position Qualifications:

• Strong command of English (written and spoken) and excellent communication skills;
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience on Organic Search, Paid Search or related fields;
• Ability to understand HTML and CSS and/or experience with URL rewriting, content management systems, blogging platforms, and social media;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on data.
