BTO, consulting company offering Project Management services in the IT field, is looking for an analyst to join our international team and to be involved in activities for our of our German client leader in the insurance field.

The Role will be on remote working with availability to travel.

About the Role:

• Be a key member of the IT Team of a client enterprise and contribute to improve the technical and business documentation of the enterprise software solutions, so as to make it accessible and consumable to the various business interlocutors;
• Be able to understand the different software documentation needs and recommend improvements to the documentation process, including identifying best practices;
• Be able to develop effective documentation templates;
• Contribute to the creation and formalization of a new software documentation framework for technical and business documentation.

Requirements:

• From 1 to 5 year maximum of provious experience in similar roles;
• Good experience in writing/editing software technical and business documentation using Atlassian Confluence or other similar applications;
• Knowledge of UML (Unified Modelling Language) for specifying, visualizing, and documenting models of software systems;
• Outstanding oral and written communications skills and an ability to articulate complex information in a simplified manner;
• Enthusiast with a “can do” attitude;
• Ability to work as part of a team and to work under pressure;
• ​Master's degree; Computer Science/Engineering background preferred;
• Previous experience in Banking or Insurance is a plus.
