The Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing all the Social Media channels of the team, by creating content, implementing and finalizing the outcome of the content strategy on every official Social Media platform and managing the communities, in full alignment with the Digital Team.

Content Creation

• Execute the day-to-day tasks, finalizing Editorial Plan before execution
• Finalization of Editorial Plan and execution, in alignement with the Digital Team
• Content creation during race weekends on and off track: photo shooting/editing, video shooting/editing (Reels, activations, driver's activities, team's events…)

Organization and Flexibility

• Provide flexible attendance and attitude to work, both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects

• Extensive knowledge in creating and editing static and moving imagery Good knowledge of using necessary tools including Adobe Premiere and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
• Extensive social media management expertise (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, YouTube)
• Social Media Analysis Capabilities (Platform insight tools, Emplifi/Socialbakers, Google Analytics)
• Extensive knowledge about Social Media advertising campaigns
• Digital experience in F1 or Motorsport is a plus
