The Social Media Manager will be responsible for the management of social platforms in order to increase the online visibility of clients. He/she must also be able to successfully diffuse the content through various digital platforms.

Responsabilities

  • Build, maintain and develop the brand reputation of clients on social media
  • Develop relationships with journalists and bloggers through social media
  • Plan and manage sponsorship campaigns
  • Plan and produce analytical documents and periodic reports
  • Management of client relationship on a daily basis
  • Planning and preparation of multi-platform publishing plans

Required Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of English is an essential requirement
  • Full knowledge of the most popular social media sites (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Digital writing skills in Italian and English
  • Solid experience of at least two years in social media management
  • Ability to develop campaigns with digital partners
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Suite (especially Indesign and Photoshop)

Preferred Skills

  • Good ability to create creative digital tools (banners, ads, etc.)
  • Knowledge of WordPress to support in site updates
  • Good knowledge of the main web marketing tools
  • Good knowledge of SEO and SEM principles
