The Marketing Comms & Internal Communication Manager is responsible to execute all activities related to marketing communications, brand and internal communications.
Working closely with the Head of Communications & Public Affairs, the successful candidate will oversee and manage marketing comms projects to effectively position Avio Aero brand externally and internally, while bringing an innovative approach to engage and involve our internal population.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage all brand related matters, from brand guidelines and visual identity to brochures and leaflets.
- Plan and oversee the organization of exhibitions, trade shows and events in collaboration with Avio Aero business teams.
- Develop advertising campaigns and company-wide communication plans.
- Manage advertising, creative content, web, social, events, conferences and fora, and sponsorships.
- Design and produce executive presentations and materials.
- Lead the introduction of new engaging style and creative content for Intranet, newsletters, videos, communication toolkits.
- Partner with General Electric Aerospace Communications to provide contribution and ensure
proper alignment.
- Design and carry out all internal marketing activities, from internal messaging and employee events to engagement campaigns on core company topics.
- Coordinate specific projects to engage our people on core themes, such as quality, safety and lean.
- Manage and evolve communications technology platforms working with digital technology to deliver and measure best in class campaigns and employee participation and involvement.
- Develop proper processes and tools to promote a lean way of working in all team activities.
- Coach team members and provide open feedback to continuously improve communications competences and skills.
Qualification/Requirements
- Master’s degree in communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in leading marketing comms projects and initiatives.
- Strong business acumen in defining and implementing effective communication strategies.
- Solid communication skills and competencies.
- Track record of creating impactful communication plans and campaigns from start to finish.
- Fluent and/or excellent verbal/written skills in both English and Italian.
- Experience in managing and leading resources.
- Proven experience in multinational corporations and international environments.
- Ability to work across the matrix. manage complex external and internal counterparts.
- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required.
