We are looking for 

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Graphic Designer (m/w/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Marketing & Communication Team..

Your role in BizAway

• Designing and styling visuals (pictures, illustrations and typographies)
• Providing visual design content that complements various types of written content
• Creating visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message
• Adapting existing material for different media-output under consideration of existing Design guidelines
• Translate marketing and business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging
• Taking care of project aesthetics and coherence (digital, motion or editorial)

Your basic qualifications

• Degree or equivalent studies in graphic design and communication
• Minimum 2 years of work experience within a creative environment
• Highly developed design sensibility, excellent design skills, and conceptual design skills
• Proven expertise in creativity techniques applied to marketing and communication
• Excellent knowledge of design software – including In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects
• Fluent English level, verbal and written

• Ability to think outside of the box when problem-solving, yet be able to identify, respect, and work creatively within boundaries
• Motivation and skill set necessary to stay on top of the latest digital graphic tools and trends
