The Role:

The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of campaign production, management, reporting and optimisation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, problem solving and project management skills, extreme attention to detail and a high level of comfort in working directly with clients and different teams, using a range of reporting, analysis, CRM, publishing and project management tools.


  • Manage project, implement, troubleshoot, monitor, optimise and report on Digital campaigns.
  • Track project plans and campaign phases, allocate resources, manage priorities and organise campaign work, monitor progress and manage staff across all campaigns.
  • Report regularly on campaign progress, both internally and externally to clients.
  • Coordinate existing resources
  • Gather all resources needed for the campaign, communicate requirements and deadlines, suggest optimisations.
  • Work with internal teams to plan and manage the production and delivery of static and interactive assets such as infographics, images, videos, wireframes and other campaign materials
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards
  • Report to manager and provide insights into resource capacity, profitability and performance


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a requirement
  • Strong problem solving skills (identify problems, find and implement solutions) and great attention to detail at all times
  • Strong project management, organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of project management tools
  • Experience of working cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees from different backgrounds and cultures and with different skill sets
  • Quick to learn new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical/operational skills
  • Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoys working in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • At least 3+ years of professional experience in marketing and campaign management (email, web, social), preferably in a communications agency
  • Experience in delivering large projects and coordinating multi-market teams and campaigns.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
