The Creative coordinator will work under the guidance of the Creative Department Manager on organizational, creative and time management aspects of creative teams involved in the conception and development of creative project presentations, whose successful production and achievement he/she is fully responsible of.
He/she provides support to the Creative Department Management in managing resources and acting fully in compliance with management defined guidelines, milestones, and goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • He/she daily follows the work master plan designed by the Creative Department Management and provides workflow coordination via customized timelines and dashboards;
  • Achievement and successful execution of creative project presentations, developed with the involvement of the department, ensuring quality and value for both the client and BWS;
  • Management and organization of the actions of Visual Concepts, Graphic Design, Illustration and Video Creation while producing the creative project presentation, anticipating and raising red flags on each project element before they become an issue;
  • Assistance in the creation of shows concepts, following the guide of the Creative Direction, providing conceptual and visual research and rationalising the creative processes through breakdowns, and clear documents useful for project team work and development;
  • Support to the research of casting, talents, trends, illustration and video activities;
  • Archiving of all researches and documents related to creative project.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience of managing creative processes
  • Extensive experience in problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to anticipate and forecast
  • A passion for the performing arts and an interest in a wide range of events is a must.
  • Excellent English and Italian, the knowledge of any other language will constitute a plus
  • Excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating with individuals at any levels
  • Ability to deal with confidential information professionally
  • You will be based in Milan with frequent travels abroad. Ability to travel with short notice is a must
  • Ability to execute first–class, professional judgement and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a varied and demanding workload
  • Detail oriented with a hands-on, proactive approach
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Computer literate with good experience of Office Suite and Adobe Suite
