45gradi Milano is seeking a Senior Designer experienced in strategic brand building in an analogic and digital world. This is a chance to play an important role in a small but energetic agency in Milan and in the future success of new and prestigious brands.

Your Role:

Providing mentorship to your team, managing your own projects and ensuring the achievement of creative excellence, by driving brilliant creative thinking across a wide range of brands and touchpoints. The capability to illustrate your strategic and creative choices is fundamental.

Leading projects for key clients including driving conceptual exploration, setting design solutions and ensuring a successful implementation.

Under the Strategic Direction leadership, you will support the development of the design strategy, in order to deliver the best creative solution. And taking into consideration the budget both for the client and for 45gradi.

Together will work to strengthen the “acute” soul of 45gradi’s works.

Your Profile:

• Degree (or equivalent) in visual design is a must.
• A Politecnico degree in Visual Design is preferred.
• 3/4year experience in a creative design studio/agency.
• Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined designs in a short time
• You are comfortable with branding (positioning, identity work, brand strategy, etc.) as well as traditional marketing materials (whitepapers, annual reports, ads, web design, etc.)
• Must be fluent in English.
• You are talented, curious and have the desire to innovate.
