How do I post a job on Crebs?

It’s very simple: just click on “Post a job” and follow the three easy steps. Once your ad has been confirmed by the Crebs moderators, it will be published automatically on our homepage and distributed through our partner network.

How much does it cost to enter a job listing, and when will it go up?

During the beta phase we have a special offer: $3 for 30 days, $5 for 60 days and 15$ for 90 days. Your job will be displayed within 24 hours.

How long will my ad be displayed?

A job posted on the Crebs homepage is active from 35 to 90 days depending on your needs.

Where will my ad be displayed?

All jobs are published on the Crebs homepage and will go onto our Twitter account, Facebook page, Linkedin and partner sites (blogs and magazines).

Can I change an ad once I’ve posted it?

Yes, of course! To change it, just login with the credentials you received when you registered. Then you can edit and delete ads and manage your applications directly from the control panel. If you did not register before posting the ad, send an email to info[at]crebs[dot]it specifying the heading of the ad and any changes you wish to make.

I would like to receive replies from serious candidates. How is this guaranteed?

You may have already tried placing an ad on other sites – with not entirely satisfactory results. Crebs however, is different from other job boards, because the jobs are targeted at professionals working in the world of communications. This means that the people who reply to your job will have a real interest and possess real professional skills. Crebs has been designed to pinpoint high caliber candidates. This is why you are more likely to find the perfect applicant here rather than on other sites. But here are some hints to enhance the effectiveness of your ad: don’t forget to say if there are any special perks, if you provide a transfer package, if you offer meal tickets, bonuses, etc.

What happens if I don’t find the ideal candidate?

Don’t worry. As you probably know, it isn’t easy to find just the right person. It often takes time and patience. If you don’t find the right candidate for you, you can post the job again for free by going to your control panel or by writing to us on the contact page.

What is the difference between Full Time, Contract and Freelance?

These terms are generally used worldwide to describe different types of contracts, but they may have a different meaning from person to person. These are the definitions we at Crebs use: Full Time means full time work, usually long-term and typically refers to a 40-hour working week. Contract is fixed-term work, usually referred to by the employer as project work, and the employee usually works within the company. Freelancers have a short-term engagement, and in most cases, they work from wherever they are.

I am a professional, how do I add my personal profile to the Crebs CV database?

It’s simple! Just register and follow the instructions on Crebs. In only a few minutes your profile will be available to employers.

How do I delete my profile?

It’s very easy to delete your personal profile. Go to your profile with the ID you received via email when you registered, and when the page opens, uncheck the box: “Profile active?”. Profiles are automatically deleted from our platform after three months. If you want to delete it straight away write to us remembering to specify the URL of your personal profile.
